“The quickest way to acquire selfconfidence
is it to do exactly what you are afraid to do.”
Inspiration, education and support; because every
woman deserves a holistic helping-hand to help her
achieve her dreams.
Sam Jenkins is a personal trainer as well as a nutrition
and wellness coach whose desire is to eliminate selfhate
and build women up with positivity and self-love.
Her business, Raw Holistic Fitness, is a place of
facilitating transformative change and growth in
women, without pressure or judgement.
“I want to inspire and educate as many women as I can,
on the power of eating healthy delicious food, building
a fit and functional body, creating loving and healthy
relationships, connecting to a deeper sense of self,
building a strong and positive mindset and everything
else that falls under the umbrella of fighting self-hate
and finding self-love,” she said.
Sam’s transformative journey comes from her own
personal battle with an unhealthy relationship with
food and poor self-esteem.
“It wasn’t until I dealt with the emotions fuelling those
negatives that I was able to break free of the grip it held
“The day I experienced that healing for myself, was
the day I realised getting fit and healthy has less to do
with self-control and more to do with what’s happening
emotionally and mentally for the person. That’s why
I’ve made it my life mission to help people overcome
old destructive patterns, by healing their relationship
with themselves, food and exercise,” Sam said.
The greatest challenge Sam faced was overcoming her
own limiting beliefs which held her back in the past.
“Reading books by Dr Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle and the
knowledge I have acquired from my coaching courses
has really helped create major shifts in myself and my
business,” she said.
Join Sam on your journey to greater health and
happiness, for results that don’t just last weeks, but a
new way of living to last a lifetime.
